The South Wind Motel and campground, just minutes from Minden, is on a stunning 131 acres of woods, ponds and trails. You and your friends can get together to camp under the stars, rent a trailer, or sleep in our clean comfy rooms. Or you can escape your friends and family and hide out in the peace and quiet.

Enjoy family campfires or tranquil walks in the woods. Play horseshoes, basketball or bocce ball, or snuggle up in your room with a movie. Let Dad barbecue steak on one of our outdoor BBQ’s while enjoying the country view, or take a short drive to one of the many fine restaurants in the area. Or book a large efficiency unit and cook in your climate controlled room. In the morning we’ll welcome you with continental breakfast while you plan your day at one of the many great area attractions.
