elearnnetwork.ca is funded by the Government of Ontario. In operation since 2007, we work with colleges, universities and other educational institutions to increase access to post-secondary education and training in small and rural communities of Eastern and Southern Ontario.  Through the use of online learning, local partnerships and government support we enable local residents to pursue their educational goals, without having to leave their community and learn where they live.  Our facilities are available to all members of the community, offer flexible hours of operation and provide comfortable and private learning environments.
