The Fleming CREW will provide you with the employment services necessary to make the changes you need to get the job you want! Services include a resource centre, professional Employment Counsellors, job leads, ongoing support and financial initiatives (where suitable). Programs include Employment Ontario initiatives such as Second Career, Self-Employment Benefit Program, Ontario Job Creation Partnership and Targeted Initiative for Older Workers.
Our employment services can help if you need help finding a job, putting together a resume, improving your interview techniques or upgrading your skills we are your one-stop shop for the help you need in finding a job.

Get personalized help: Talk with an Employment Counsellor at your local resource centre. Counsellors can help you with all your employment needs such as: prepare a resume, provide tips for a successful job interview and develop your networking skills.
Start a new career: We can provide you with information on hiring trends in your local job market. Learn about jobs that are in high demand and get the long-term training you need to start a new career. Or, find a short-term training opportunity that can help you build the skills you need to return to work.
Be your own boss: Perhaps this is the time you should become your own boss. If you are unemployed and eligible for Employment Insurance, the Ontario Self-Employment Benefit program can give you financial help and advice to help you develop and start your own business.
Visit our Resource Center: We provide free use of computers, job boards, employment related workshops and information sessions, labour market and skilled trades certification information to assist you with your job search.
